Scope of Project
The consultancy provided practical training on ‘clinical audit’ to the Heads of the Department and Associate Professors of this 1000 bed teaching hospital. The next project we are working on is to audit the obstetric department of this hospital. Interviews of clinical and non-clinical staff, organizing and facilitating focus group discussions for the patients opinions and feelings about the hospital and its service delivery, regular dialogue and brainstorming with hospital management, data collection, its analysis and report writing form an integral part of the project.
SIHFW (State Institute of Health and Family Welfare), Rajasthan
The consultancy was commissioned for the task of developing a training manual on ' Taking Care of Critically Ill Surgical Patients – Evidence Based Training of Surgeons/Medical Officers Looking After Surgical Patients.' SIHFW is an undertaking of the Govt. of India.
Swasthya Kalyan Blood Bank, Jaipur
A survey project carried out for the state of ‘Rajasthan’. The objective of the project was to find out satisfaction among the practicing doctors (Hospitals and General practitioners) for existing blood bank services, and to get their feedback for further improvement.

The consultancy has been carrying out a clinical audit for procedures pertaining to "Decompression spine" for this 100 bed state of art hospital, situated in the capital of India.
Senior Research Fellow ‘The India heart watch (IHW) study’ a collaboration between USA-University of California, Monilek Hospital and Research centre and All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), India
Mrs. Jhawar has been appointed as the SRF for this ‘funded’ epidemiological study that aims at studying the regional differences in cardiovascular and diabetes risk factors within the urban population of India. It is being conducted in all the major States and Union Territories of India among urban populations. The national coordination centre, and data analysis centre is the consultancy in Jaipur with collaboration of All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi and University of California San Francisco in USA.
SGPGI (Sanjay Gandhi Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences), Lucknow
The consultancy is involved in carrying out a research to estimate the direct, and indirect costs incurred by patients who have undergone intra-operative bile duct injures, and been referred to SGPGI (a 600 bed hospital) - as the tertiary referral centre for their treatment. The objective is to increase awareness for timely referral, education and training among the primary health centers for reporting such cases, and to mobilize resources for creating appropriate funds for needy patients.

The consultancy has been assigned the task of carrying out a project for the following terms of reference :
